Chewy Drizzled Cinnamon Chip Cookies

Continuing right along on my Cinnamon Chip journey, I present Chewy Drizzled Cinnamon Chip Cookies. You will find the recipe on the Hershey Kitchen website. These cookies are as tasty as they look. The cinnamon chips are melted with a bit of shortening to make the frosting that is drizzled on the top. I've never had anything quite like them before. They look especially nice on our Snowflake Cookie Platter in the Snowflake Cookie Basket.
